Responsibilities:

The Sales Process Analyst is responsible of coordinating sales processes and training leading to the achievement of Hollands growth, yield, and profitability goals.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes related to CRM technology, territory management, sales reporting, sales training. Document sales processes for future compliance. Audit as directed to ensure processes are consistently applied and generate the expected outcomes.
- Coordinate with IT to facilitate the development of prioritized Sales and Marketing technology needs and vetting alternatives. Work with IT to manage timelines and ensure business requirements are met for all projects.
- Monitor and report defined sales measurements.
- Assist in the administration of pay for performance plans and measure their effectiveness. s.
- Facilitate the creation of onboarding, orientation and training processes for all sales channels.
- Analyze Holland’s Inside Sales results to verify achievement of growth and yield targets.

- Collaborate with 3PL Corporate Sales to ensure Holland growth and yield targets are achieved.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

                 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or proven analytical work experience.
                 2. Specific skills required:
                        Excellent verbal and written communication
                        Proficiency in Office 365 suite
                       Able to manage multiple deliverables concurrently
                       Organizational skills
